1. Purpose
Thank you for using “Wonder Powder” (the “Service”).
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities necessary for users of the Service to sign up as members of, and use, the Service provided by Wonderple (the “Company”).
2. Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions
① These Terms and Conditions are posted on the service screen or announced by other means, and take effect for all of you who have agreed to them.
② The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions if necessary, to the extent that it does not violate applicable laws and regulations. If these Terms and Conditions are amended, the Company will, as a rule, announce or notify you of the changes on the service screen or a website provided by the Company from 7 days before the effective date. However, if the changes are unfavorable to members, the Company will notify members individually from 30 days before the effective date by email to the address used to sign up for the Service, in-app notifications (push, pop-up, etc.), or other electronic means.
③ If, when giving the announcement or notice under the preceding paragraph, the Company clearly states that users will be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms and Conditions unless they express their refusal by 7 days after the effective date of the amended Terms and Conditions, counted from the date of the announcement or notice, and a user does not express their intention, the user will be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms and Conditions. Members who do not agree to the amended Terms and Conditions may terminate the service agreement, which can be done through the Delete Account menu in the Service.

② In the event of a service interruption under the preceding paragraph, the Company will notify or announce it to users in advance. However, if the Service is interrupted for reasons that cannot be predicted or controlled (such as disk or server failures or system crashes not caused by the Company’s negligence), prior notice is not possible, and we ask for your understanding. Even in such cases, the Company will make every effort to restore the Service as soon as possible once it has identified the situation.
